- Held every Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 9:30. Men and women welcome. No special equipment needed - just dress comfortably. Bring a bottle of water if you want. Lasts about 30 minutes.

Every Tuesday evening, starting at 6:30. You'll burn lots of calories as you move to the rhythm with Latin-inspired dance moves. The best part of it all is that it doesn't even feel like exercise!
