Held every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 9:30 at The Tow Center, located in Central Texas. Men and women are welcome to join. No special equipment is needed—just dress comfortably. Bring a bottle of water if you want. The session lasts about 30 minutes, so come see where Tow, Texas, can help you stay active.
